Automated Folder Creation:
The script checks if a folder named gifs exists in the current directory. If not, it creates one to store the output GIF files.
Batch Processing:
It loops through all .mp4 files in the directory, ensuring multiple videos can be processed in one go.
3. Smart Conversion with FFmpeg: Uses FFmpeg to convert videos with up to 720p resolution, 10 FPS for smooth playback, and optimized settings like a 2000 kbps bitrate and 29 MB file size limit for easy sharing
